Sometimes a change of scenery can change the way we see things.
Wilderness Groups offer an opportunity to step away from the routines and distractions of everyday life and spend time connecting with nature, yourself, and other people. These small-group experiences combine guided conversation, outdoor exploration, and intentional reflection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Each group is designed around connection, exploration, and personal growth. Depending on the experience, our time together may include:
Guided nature walks
Conversation and group discussion
Individual reflection
Nature-based activities
Gentle movement and exploration
Opportunities to notice and appreciate your surroundings
Time to connect with others in a low-pressure environment
There is no expectation that you share anything you aren't comfortable sharing. You are welcome to participate at your own pace.
Being outside gives us an opportunity to step away from the usual pace of life. Walking, exploring, and simply spending time outdoors can create space to think, notice, and connect in ways that can be difficult during our everyday routines.
Wilderness Groups aren't about escaping your life—they're about creating space to reconnect with it.
Wilderness Groups are designed for people who are interested in:
Getting outside and trying something new
Meeting people in a relaxed setting
Building meaningful connections
Spending more intentional time in nature
Reflecting on personal goals and life experiences
Exploring personal growth outside of a traditional office setting
No prior hiking or outdoor experience is required. Activities are selected with accessibility and group comfort in mind.
There is no need to have the right words, the right personality, or a perfectly put-together life.
Come as you are.
Our groups are intentionally welcoming and inclusive, with an emphasis on respect, curiosity, and allowing people to participate in ways that feel comfortable for them.
Wilderness Groups are wellness and personal-growth experiences, not therapy. They are not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace individual mental health care.
Instead, these groups provide an opportunity for connection, reflection, exploration, and personal development in an outdoor setting.
You don't have to wait until you have everything figured out to take a step forward.
Sometimes, you just need to take the first step outside.
