Life doesn’t always come with a clear roadmap. Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what the next step should be.
Individual coaching provides a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and turn your ideas into meaningful action. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, identify what may be getting in the way, and develop practical steps that fit your life—not someone else’s idea of what your life should look like.
Feeling stuck or uncertain about your next step
Navigating a transition or major life change
Trying to build healthier routines or habits
Working toward personal, academic, or professional goals
Struggling with motivation, confidence, or follow-through
Wanting greater clarity about your values and priorities
Looking for accountability and encouragement
Ready to make changes but unsure where to begin
Your coaching experience is individualized to your goals. Sessions may include:
Goal Setting & Direction
Clarifying what you want and creating realistic steps toward it.
Habits & Routines
Creating routines that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you want.
Confidence & Self-Advocacy
Identifying your strengths, challenging unhelpful patterns, and practicing ways to advocate for yourself.
Accountability & Follow-Through
Turning intentions into action with supportive accountability between sessions.
Values & Personal Growth
Exploring what matters to you and making choices that feel more aligned with your values.
Coaching doesn’t have to mean sitting across from someone in an office and talking for an hour.
Depending on your goals and interests, coaching can incorporate conversation, reflection, movement, creativity, nature, and other hands-on experiences. The goal is to create a coaching experience that feels engaging, practical, and genuinely useful to you.
Individual coaching sessions are collaborative and conversational. We’ll start with where you are, identify what you’d like to work on, and decide together what would be most helpful for that session.
You won’t be given a one-size-fits-all program or a list of things you should be doing. Instead, we’ll work together to find realistic strategies that make sense for your circumstances.
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Coaching focuses primarily on present and future goals, personal growth, decision-making, accountability, and taking action.
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, therapy or another appropriate healthcare service may be a better fit.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a place to talk through where you are and where you’d like to go.
